1. App's Basics

2.1 Collection: Quter collects the following user data: names, photos, location, dating preferences, age, and conversations.
2.2 Usage: The collected data is used to ensure the minimum functionalities of the application.
2.3 Data Sharing: User data is hosted by our server providers. Beyond this hosting requirement, Quter will not sell or share user data with third parties.
2.4 Data Control: Users can control and delete their data by deleting their account in-app. Deleting the account will erase all personal data associated with that account.

3.1 Conduct: All users are expected to behave with courtesy and respect. Prohibited behaviors include harassment, stalking, threats, posting or sharing explicit/offensive content, and misrepresentation (e.g., using fake photos, lying about age).
3.2 Reporting: Inappropriate behaviors can be reported in-app. Quter will review all reports promptly.
3.3 Consequences: Violating these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or a permanent ban at Quter's discretion.

Quter is a free app. There are no costs associated with joining or using the platform.

5.1 By Quter: We reserve the right to terminate user accounts that go against these terms and conditions.
5.2 By Users: Users can delete their accounts at any time, for any reason.

6.1 Ownership: Content uploaded by users, including photos and texts, becomes the property of Quter.
6.2 Usage: This content is used to ensure the app's minimum functionality. Users consent to this usage upon uploading.

7.1 Between Users: Quter does not mediate disputes. Users should seek legal resolution for disputes amongst themselves.
7.2 Between User and Platform: Disputes with Quter should first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, they should be taken to binding arbitration in Sweden, per local regulations.

8.1 Verification: Quter may verify user identity through various means like phone number or email.
8.2 Encryption: We employ encryption to protect user data and conversations.
8.3 Safety Tips: For offline safety and data protection, users should consult our in-app safety guidelines.
8.4 Responsibility: Quter provides tools for safety, but users are responsible for their interactions both on and off the platform.

9.1 No Guarantees: Quter does not guarantee all interactions will be positive or all profiles genuine. Users should exercise caution.
9.2 Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify Quter against damages or claims arising from their use of the service.
9.3 Liability Cap: Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swedish law.
